Lights Over America is a private, invitation-only experience curated for verified guests only. This event is not open to the general public.
Attendance is extended solely to individuals who are:
Personally invited by Lights Over America staff, or
Formally approved through our registration and identity verification process.
To preserve the integrity, exclusivity, and safety of our event, all attendees are required to complete a personal registration and security verification.
Each guest must:
Submit their own registration form using accurate, current, and truthful information.
Upload a clear photo of a valid, government-issued ID as part of registration.
The name on the ID must match the name used to register.
No ID, no entry — without exception.
Personally sign and submit their registration. Third-party or group submissions are not permitted.
To protect our guests and maintain event integrity, any attempt to falsify, manipulate, ignore or mislead the registration process will result in immediate disqualification.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information
Registering unlisted guests or failing to disclose attendees
Using false names, borrowed IDs, or proxy submissions
Attempting to bypass any verification requirement
Violators will be denied event access and location information, forfeit all privileges, and be permanently banned from all future Lights Over America experiences.
For security and privacy reasons, event location details are disclosed only to fully verified and approved registrants.
This information remains confidential and may not be shared, posted, or distributed.

IMPORTANT: Event Packet Delivery & Registration Policy
Event check-in packets are shipped via overnight mail and will arrive the night before the event. These packets contain all essential materials and instructions required for entry and check-in.
🔒 Registration is mandatory.
You must complete the official registration form to receive your packet and to be admitted to the event. Failure to do so will result in the denial of your entry, and location information.
🚫 No address forwarding is permitted.
If your packet is returned for any reason, it will not be re-shipped.
Delivery requires The Attendees signature and valid REAL ID to confirm receipt. Others cannot sign for you.
⚠️ False or incomplete information submitted during registration is a violation of our security policy.
This will result in the revocation of your entry and denial of access to the event location—without refund.

Each adult guest will receive one complimentary sky lantern — a glowing wish to send into the night sky. ✨
Every lantern is earth-kind and hand-crafted from nature’s own materials:
Delicate rice paper that drifts like a dream,
A bamboo ring shaped from living wood,
A gentle wax cake flame,
And natural fiber string, tying it all together in harmony.
Our commitment to the earth doesn’t end when the lights fade — every collected remnant finds new life, reused and reborn into future lanterns.
A new generation of lanterns — more radiant and symbolic than ever — is being designed now.
Their official debut is set for 2026 (perhaps even October, if the winds are kind).

To honor the land and reduce our footprint, no additional lanterns will be sold during the event.

Every Lights Over America evening is designed to feel like a dream suspended between light and sky — a place where stories unfold softly, lanterns rise in unison, and time itself seems to slow.
To preserve this sense of wonder and to protect the calm, reflective nature of the experience, attendance is now reserved exclusively for guests aged 26 and older.
This isn’t simply a rule — it’s an intentional choice to honor the spirit of the night. The festival invites those who have lived, loved, and learned to linger in a moment — to savor quiet beauty, to send a wish into the dark, and to connect with others who feel the same pull toward the stars.
All guests must be at least 26 years old to attend, and have a valid, government-issued real ID will be required at registration.
By embracing this standard, we ensure that each gathering remains a sanctuary of calm, connection, and meaning — an experience crafted for hearts ready to be still, look up, and let the night carry their light away. ✨
Children 10 and under may be accepted with parental verification (to prevent child trafficking). If you would like to bring your child and are willing to verify your parental relationship, you can send an email below with a request for child attendance exception.
Although our Tangled-themed packages are often chosen for romantic moments such as marriage proposals, we now require that all proposal plans receive prior approval before tickets are purchased.
